# Access Permissions and Working Through Root User Account

To access your resources on the DataSync storage service, use the DataSync Portal. For the DataSync Portal, you can log in with the Root user account or an IAM User Account. If you do not have a Root user account yet, refer to [*Root User Account*](/vstorage/datasync/quan-ly-truy-cap/quan-ly-tai-khoan-truy-cap-datasync/tai-khoan-nguoi-dung-root.md).

Follow the steps below to log in to DataSync with the Root user account:

1. Go to the DataSync sign-in page: <https://signin.vngcloud.vn>.
2. On the main sign-in page, select **LOG IN WITH ROOT USER**.
3. Enter the **email** and **password** associated with your account and select **Sign in**. If you previously logged in as a root user in this browser, the browser may remember the email for the Root User Account and show the next screen directly. If you previously logged in as an IAM user in this browser, the browser may show the IAM user sign-in page instead; to return to the main sign-in page, select **LOG IN WITH ROOT USER**.
4. After signing in successfully, you have full access to use the DataSync features on your resources. For the supported features, refer to [Features of DataSync](https://docs.greennode.ai/vstorage/datasync/cac-tinh-nang-cua-datasync.md).
