Region HCM-04, HAN-02

Region HCM-04 và HAN-02 sử dụng bộ metrics mới ở cấp bucket (vstorage.bucket_*). Hậu tố _rate biểu thị tốc độ theo giây (ví dụ bytes_sent_rate là bytes/s). Các metric percentile/histogram chi tiết mặc định không hiển thị trong dashboard, nên bật thêm khi cần phân tích performance.
