# Quản lý yêu cầu (Ticket request)

Tính năng này cho phép bạn gửi các yêu cầu cần hỗ trợ liên quan đến dịch vụ vColo.

Để truy cập tính năng, tại menu chính, click vào mục **Request ticket** để được chuyển đến trang quản lý yêu cầu.
