# PULL

**Input signal:**

* GreenNode's Media Preparation system will pull streaming content in pre-packaged HLS/MpegDash format from the customer's server. Including ABR and Multiple Audio format support.
* The system will proactively deliver content to all edges in the network to always be ready when the user calls.
* The end user will retrieve content in HLS/MpegDash format from the Edge server.

**Output signal:**

* Support HTTPS protocol: by default all CDNs created on the system support SSL on the CDN domain. However, customers can upload their own Certificate to use with any name (refer to the certificate management section).
