# Credit History

The **Credit History** page in vConsole records all activities that change the Credit wallet balance (the Credit wallet is used to pay for GreenNode Service products/services and is managed directly by GreenNode Service). The Credit wallet balance can change due to user activities (depositing credit, paying invoices/services, changing service configurations, discontinuing services, etc.) or periodic background activities run by the system (auto renew, etc.).

On the **Credit History** page, users will see the main data table, which includes the following components:

#### **1. Search toolbar** <a href="#credithistory-1.searchtoolbar" id="credithistory-1.searchtoolbar"></a>

**Search credit balance changes using multiple criteria:**

* **Action:** User or system actions that affect the credit balance, including:
  * *Deposit balance:* The credit wallet balance increases due to a credit deposit into the wallet
  * *Refund balance:* The credit wallet balance increases due to a credit refund when the user adjusts a service configuration or terminates a service before its expiration date.
  * *Buy resource:* The credit wallet balance decreases due to a GreenNode Service payment made via the Credit wallet
* **Transaction time:** Search by day
* **Keyword:** Search by Description

*Finally, click the **"Magnifying glass"** icon to view the search results based on the criteria above.*

**Export reports based on search criteria:**

*To export Credit wallet balance change history:*

* Click the **"Export report"** icon next to the **"Magnifying glass"** icon to export the full Credit wallet balance change history based on the search results.
* Supported format: .pdf
* Save location: By default, the file is saved to the "Downloads" folder or according to your web browser settings.

#### **2. Search results** <a href="#credithistory-2.searchresults" id="credithistory-2.searchresults"></a>

Search results are displayed based on the criteria applied in the "Search toolbar" and include the following key information:

* **Date:** Date of the action that affected the Credit wallet balance
* **Action:** There are 3 main actions: Deposit balance, Refund balance, and Buy resource (each action is explained in section 1)
* **Description:** Detailed description
* **Amount:** Amount of credit involved in the action (**increase** or **decrease**)
* **Balance:** Remaining credit balance after the action
